Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ManiHive ("we", "us"), an independent studio based in India. By installing or using Arrows Vanish or visiting manihive.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Using the app
Arrows Vanish is a single-player puzzle game for personal, non-commercial use. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on your own Android device, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. What you must not do
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content, except where the law allows it.
- Tamper with the app, cheat tools, or the ads and purchase system, or try to get paid features without paying.
- Use the app or website in any way that is unlawful or that harms others.
3. Ads and purchases
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. An optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is available through Google Play. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its own policies. Watching rewarded ads is optional. The app has no cash prizes or real-money rewards.
4. Accounts and data
The app has no accounts. Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or reset it. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
5. Ownership
The app, its design, levels, graphics and sounds, and the ManiHive name belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of them.
6. Updates and changes
We may update, change or stop the app or any feature at any time. We may also change these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every device.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
9. Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may stop providing the app to a person who breaks these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem.
